Carlos had the opportunity at the Foundation to meet the friend Luis del Popolo, a connoisseur of the vast and interesting world of comics in Argentina. Luis told us that during the decades of 30 and 40, in the popular magazine Leoplán
, the comic strip was published 
The Basque Anchoa
, created by René González Fossat. Thanks to the polymorphic hand of technology, Luis was able to send three strips published in the The Basque Anchoa Leoplán more than sixty years. 
Through humor, maybe a little innocent to the present day, "the strip represented many of the features associated with the figure of the Basque existed in the social imaginary of the time. It is conceivable that this process of stereotype construction was not applied only on the Basque community, but stereotypes built on almost all new players of Buenos Aires, which came both from outside the country and interior. This process of stereotyping, of course, continues to work on the younger communities, which, like Japan, they settled in the country since the early decades of the twentieth century and continue contributing to the growth of the country.

The proposal came as Aida and Carlos Giménez Leyrías, members of the Basque House Corpus Christi, noted the precarious conditions in which children Teju area Cuaré She attended a class. The satellite school classroom n ˚ 44, San Ignacio, built in wood by their families that send their kids to school, is inappropriate in a classroom for teaching classes (see picture) and is held only by the strong desire of teaching and learning of the members of this educational community. Through the management of the Basque House Corpus Christi, and the economic contribution of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, will start works on a farm of 15 acres donated by the Don Orione Foundation. The works will include construction of a new school building that has water, toilets and kitchen area, among other facilities. Patricia Duarte, teacher and participant in the project, hopes that the entire educational community will be encouraged.
